As I explained in my previous guide on obtaining a Fard (Land Ownership Record), I will walk you through downloading land transfer documents via a mobile app today. This guide is specially for people whose land is located in a computerized Mauza (village) in Punjab.

Type Of Land Transfer
1. Non-Computerized Mauza
Land transfer records of non-computerized areas are not available online. These transfers can only be obtained from the Patwari or the land record office.
2. Computerized Mauza
Transfers of computerized Mauza are available online and can be easily downloaded via a mobile application. This method works only for computerized Mauza.
What is the Punjab Zameen App?
Punjab Zameen App is an official application provided by the Punjab government that allows citizens to view land ownership details. Download Fard (land record). Please check and download the land transfer (Intiqal) records.
How to Install the Punjab Zameen App
Open your mobile phone, go to the Google Play Store, Search for the Punjab Zameen App, install it, and open it.
Punjab Zameen Registration
If you are a new user, click on New Login Registration, enter your mobile number and email address. Receive an OTP or create a PIN. Complete CNIC verification after verification. All land registered to your CNIC will be displayed free of charge in the app.
Punjab Zameen App Login
Enter your registered mobile number, enter the PIN code, and click on Login. Once logged in, the app dashboard will open.
View Your Land Details
Go to My Land Details; you will see all land registered in your name, the total land area (Kanal & Marla), and separate records for each Mauza.
Find Your Land Transfer (Intiqal) Number
To download the transfer, you must first note the Intiqal Number. Go to Obtained Services, click on Transaction Details. You will see a list of all services used, including Fard records and Land transfers. Note down the Intiqal Number.
Download Land Transfer (Intiqal)
Follow these steps carefully. Go to Issuance of Copies. Click on Issue Transfer Copy (Intiqal Copy). Select your District, Tehsil, and Mauza (manual selection only; search is not available). Click Next, enter your Intiqal Number. Verify the transfer details, Owner name, Date, Mauza, and approved/or approved status. Click Next to proceed.
Transfer Copy Fee and Payment Method
The fee for a mutation copy is approximately. PKR 900. The system will generate a PSID number. Pay using Easypaisa JazzCash. Without payment, the transfer document cannot be downloaded.
How to Download Transfer After Payment
Sometimes the app refreshes automatically after payment. If this happens, go back to Issuance of Copies, click Issued Copies, choose Pending or Completed, open your transaction, and click Download the transfer copy (PDF).
Common Issues and Solutions
- Slow internet may cause a loading delay.
- Transfer may temporarily appear under “Pending.”
- Check again later; it usually moves to “Completed.”
