
The Government of Pakistan has once again announced a new batch of free international-standard courses under the Prime Minister Youth Skill Development Program. These courses are open to all Pakistanis, including males, females, and transgender applicants.
After completing the course, candidates will receive:
- Free International Certificate
- Internship Opportunities
- Priority in future government skill-based schemes
This guide explains which courses are available, eligibility requirements, and how to apply step-by-step through the official NSIS NAVTTC portal.
Introduction
In today’s blog, we’ll walk you through the complete online registration process for Batch-3 of the PM Youth Skill Development Program. Whether you’re applying from mobile or PC, the steps are the same.
Let’s begin.
Step 1: Open the Official NSIS NAVTTC Portal
Open your browser on mobile or PC and type:
Click the first official link titled:
NSIS – National Skills Information System
This will open the NSIS sign-in portal.
Step 2: Create Your Account
If you are registering for the first time, scroll down and click:
✔ Candidate for Admission
- Full Name (as per CNIC or Matric certificate)
- CNIC Number
- Valid Email Address
- Active Mobile Number (not converted to another network)
- Username (Auto CNIC)
- Strong Password
After entering the details, click Create Account. Enter the code to verify.
Once verified, the sign-in page will reopen.
Log in using:
- Username: Your CNIC Number
- Password: The one you created
If Your Account Already Exists
Some applicants may see the message:
“CNIC already exists in our system.”
In that case:
- Click Forgot Password
- Enter your CNIC
- Verification code sent to your email and number
- Set a new password and sign in again
Step 3: Complete Your Basic Profile
After logging in, your Dashboard will show five steps:
- Basic Profile
- Documents
- Qualification
- Trades (Courses)
- Submit Form
Fill your Basic Profile:
You must enter:
- Your full name
- Father’s name
- Gender
- Date of birth
- CNIC
- Passport number (optional)
- District of residence (any district of Pakistan is eligible)
- Domicile
- Postal address
Then scroll down to “Are You”:
Tick any applicable category:
- Zakat Eligible
- Hafiz-e-Quran
- Sportsperson
- Orphan
- Widow (for females)
- Divorced (for females)
- Laborer
Click Save Record → Green tick will appear.
Step 4: Upload Required Documents
You must upload:
- Your recent profile picture
- CNIC Front Side Scan
File size should be small but readable.
Use any online image compressor (e.g., Online Image Compressor) if needed.
Click Continue.
Step 5: Add Your Qualifications
Add your Highest Qualification first:
Examples:
- Primary
- Middle
- Matric
- Intermediate
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Master’s Degree
For each qualification, enter:
- Class/Level
- Subject/Specialization
- Institute name
- Percentage/Grade
- Upload the degree or result card
Click Add Qualification.
You may add more qualifications (Matric, Intermediate, Bachelor) one at a time.
Step 6: Select Your Course (Trade)
You must select:
- Program: Prime Minister Youth Skill Development Program Batch-3
- Sector (Category):
- Choose from:
- Information Technology
- Driving & Heavy Machinery
- Manufacturing & Textile
- Agriculture & Livestock
- Health Care
- Banking & Finance
- Green Energy & Solar PV
- Languages (Japanese, Korean, Arabic, German)
- Mining & Minerals
- Construction & Electric Technologies
- District:
- Select the district where you want to attend training.
- Course:
- After selecting the district, available courses appear—examples:

Last Date to Apply
8 December 2025
Application is 100% online through NSIS NAVTTC.
Final Step: Submit Your Application
Once all four steps show a green tick, click:
✔ Submit Application
Your form will be forwarded for verification.
