Eligibility Criteria for Punjab Laptop Scheme 2025
To apply for the laptop scheme, students must meet the following requirements:
General Requirements
- Must have a Punjab domicile (any district).
- Must be enrolled in a public sector:
- University
- College
- Medical or Dental College
- Private college/university students are not eligible.
For BS Students
- Must be enrolled in the 1st or 2nd semester of a BS program.
- Must have a minimum of 65% marks in (FSC).
For Medical and Dental Students
- Must be enrolled in First Professional (Session 2024).
- Must have a minimum of 80% marks in Intermediate.
How to Apply Online for the Punjab Laptop Scheme
Follow the steps below to apply from the official portal:
Step 1: Visit the Official Website
Open the laptop scheme website:

Step 2: Click on “Apply Now”
At the top of the website, click Apply Now.
You will see a sign-up form.
Step 3: Create Your Account
Fill in the sign-up form:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Mobile Number
- CNIC / B-Form Number (without dashes)
- Create Password
- Confirm Password
- Enter the Captcha code
- Click Sign Up
After sign-up, an OTP will be sent to your email.
Step 4: Email Verification
Enter the OTP you received (valid for 5 minutes).
Click Verify to proceed.
Step 5: Fill Out the Five-Step Application Form
Once your account is verified, you will see a 5-step application form.

You must enter:
- Father’s Name
- Father’s CNIC
- Date of Birth
- Religion
- Home Contact Number (optional)
- Mobile Number (auto-filled)
- Domicile district
- Monthly family income
- Whether you availed the Honor Scholarship 2024
- Upload profile photo (under 200 KB)
If your photo is larger than 200KB, use the image compressor link on the portal.
Select:
- Father Alive? (Yes/No)
- Any Disability? (Yes/No)
Click Save & Next.
Step 2: Address Information
Enter:
- Province (Punjab)
- District
- Area
- Complete Residential Address
If your permanent address is the same, check Same as Above.
Click Save & Next.
Step 3: Academic Information
Matric Details
- School Name
- Education Board
- Roll Number
- Passing Year
- Session
- Discipline (Science/Arts)
- Total Marks & Obtained Marks
Intermediate Details
- Program Title (FSc/FA/ICS/ICom etc.)
- College Name
- Board
- Roll Number
- Passing Year
- Session
- Total Marks & Obtained Marks
Click Save & Next.
Step 4: Document Upload
Upload clear scanned copies (each under 200 KB):
- CNIC/B-Form (front & back)
- Matric Certificate
- Intermediate Certificate
- Domicile
Click Save & Next.
Step 5: Affidavit Upload
At the final step:
- Download the Affidavit Format (Word file)
- Fill in:
- Name
- CNIC
- Address
- Father’s Name and CNIC
- Witness Name, CNIC, Address (Witness cannot be a blood relative)
- Print on Rs. 50 Stamp Paper
- Sign and scan (under 200 KB)
- Upload to the portal
You can also download your application for personal record.
Click Submit Application.

- You will receive an Application Number
- You can use it anytime to track your application status
