How To Apply for Punjab Govt Electric E-Bike Scheme

The Punjab government has allowed students to purchase electric bikes (E-Bikes) and petrol bikes (P-Bikes) on easy, interest-free installments under the CM E-Bike Scheme 2025. This scheme is specifically designed for bachelor’s/university students to ease transportation, provide easy access to educational institutions, and reduce financial burden.

Objective of the E-Bike scheme

• To provide affordable and convenient transportation to students
• To facilitate women’s autonomy and education
• To promote eco-friendly and electric transport
• To reduce daily travel expenses
• To make the youth of Punjab independent

Eligibility Criteria

• Age 18 years or above
• A student must be regular in a University or Degree College recognized by HEC.
• You must have a Motorcycle Learner Permit or a Driving License.
• New applications will be accepted only online through the E-Bike Web Portal.
• If applications are available from Maser Kota, if more come, they will be selected through e-balloting

How ​​to Apply to the E-Bike Scheme

Step 1: Open the E-Bike Web Portal, click the Apply link at the bottom of this post.

Step 2: Sign up for your account,  enter your CNIC Number, Mobile Number, and Email,  create a Password,  solve the Recipe, and complete the registration

Step 3: Fill in personal and educational information, Name, Father’s Name, Address, Name of Educational Institution, and Student ID / Status. Enter your domicile details.

Step 4: Upload required documents, including a copy of CNIC, Student card / Admission certificate, Driving license or learner permit, Passport-size photograph
Step 5: Apply, check all the information, then click Submit. Print a Confirmation receipt / Form number and keep it safe.

Select your Preferred Bike

When you apply, the application form will ask you to select the bike type you want: an Electric bike or a Petrol bike. Each student may apply for only one bike.

Selection and Distribution

1. Selection will be done through e-balloting
2. Selected students will be informed through SMS/Email.
3. After the Selection, the Bank of Punjab offers an installment plan.
